Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for products that are not defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Once the product has been delivered and accepted, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. As Brady Garb only offers Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via cash.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
